Elif Ebru Özer was born in 1987 in Ankara. After completing her primary and high school in Ankara, she started her medical education at Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 2005. Between 2012 and 2016, she worked as an assistant in the Underwater Medicine and Hyperbaric Medicine department, which is the specialty branch of the Gülhane Military Medical Academy. She worked at Izmir Bozyaka Training and Research Hospital for 6 years as a specialist. Between 2015 and 2019, she received training on Acupuncture, Mesotherapy and Ozone Therapy organized by the Ministry of Health and was entitled to receive a certificate. In 2022, she started to serve in her own clinic in İzmir Mavişehir. She is married and has two kids.
